Garry Bridge

12 Ramblers had an enjoyable days walking from Garry Bridge. The rain stayed away and we had superb views from the top of the hill. Thanks to Barbara Tulloch for leading an excellent walk.

Perth Ramblers 25th Anniversary

Perth Ramblers celebrated their 25th anniversary with 2 celebratory walks on Saturday 27th June 2009, starting from Kinnoull Hill, Perth and an Anniversary Lunch at Murrayshall House Hotel on the Sunday 28th June. Over 40 people attended the walks, one of 6 miles and one of 10 miles and despite the rain the walks were enjoyed by all. Thanks to the leaders Lynn Rankin and Trevor Able.
Over 60 people attended the lunch on the Sunday and enjoyed an excellent lunch followed by a slide show of the last 25 years of Perth Ramblers. Thanks to Conrad Peat for the technical aspects of the computerised show and to Mary Anderson for gathering the photos and for an excellent and amusing commentary on the day.

I'm Back

Hello to everybody, unfortunately it has been almost a year since I updated the Perth Ramblers' web site, Sorry! Changes to my personal life has meant that I have been unable to devote the time needed to maintain the site. So here are just a few photos from the last year.

Sma' Glen & Eagles Rock

32 Ramblers, including 11 visitors and 2 new members set out on a grey day with low cloud covering the hills. Luckily by the time we had climbed Eagles Rock the cloud had lifted and we had fine views up and down Glen Almond.
