The Bealach Walk
On the 10th of April a group of 20 ramblers set off from Moulin under the leadership of Jim Pirie. The weather proved to be really kind and the sun shone for the whole day. We took the well trodden path towards Ben Vrakie, but branched off to go over Bealach reaching the top for the coffee stop. A pleasant descent to Kiliecrankie then led us to the second stop at the National Trust centre. Our return took us under the A9 and through the forest to Pitlochry golf course and hence back to the Moulin car park. A round trip of 9 miles and very enjoyable walk - a welcome start to Spring.
